Frankenstein
This film, an adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic novel, is directed by Guillermo del Toro. Oscar Isaac plays Dr. Frankenstein, while Jacob Elordi is the monster, appearing here as an emotional outcast rather than the classic killer machine. Predator: Badlands
The Predator series has seen renewed interest in recent years under the direction of Dan Trachtenberg. Predator: Badlands features a story centered on a Predator for the first time in the series. This time, we will follow a young outcast Predator trying to prove himself to his people. Thanks to Trachtenberg’s vision and action skills, the film will most likely meet expectations. The Running Man
Adapted from a Stephen King story, this film is about a reality show where contestants must survive for 30 days against professional killers. It became a cult classic in the 1980s with Arnold Schwarzenegger; this time, Glen Powell stars in the lead role. Directed by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Baby Driver), it is expected to stand out in this competitive period. The film will also be available on Paramount+.
Wicked: For Good
Wicked, which was highly acclaimed with its first part last year, this time tells the story from the witch’s point of view. Dorothy has reached Oz, but she remains in the background in most scenes. The musical and stage experience is powerfully conveyed through the impressive performances of Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. Big-budget musicals have a hard time succeeding in Hollywood, so splitting the story into two parts was a good strategy for the second part of the film to be successful. Five Nights at Freddy’s 2
The horror game adaptation Five Nights at Freddy’s has an iconic story where animatronic creatures attack the night security guard. The 2023 film attracted great attention with a low budget. This time, the budget is doubled, Josh Hutcherson returns as Mike, and the animatronics are bloody and terrifying once again. The film will be released in cinemas first, and then on Peacock. Avatar: Fire and Ash
